About

As a homeschooling mother to 5, I spend a lot of time trying to make sure that my children's needs are taken care of. I am sure you know the juggle - are they sleeping well? Brushing their teeth!? Learning to love life? Eating healthy enough? Learning how to be kind and loving? Etc, etc. It is a never ending struggle.
But, childhood doesn't last and what feels like forever today will be gone tomorrow. If I could do one thing for my children's life, it would be to protect their precious childhood as long as possible. And, that is where the idea of fairy notes came from. The ability to, even for a brief moment, believe in a fairytale is such a a bold step in keeping wonder, creativity, and exploration alive. Since introducing my family to my first few fairy notes, I find our family discussions talking about where a fairy might have been on a walk, my preteen setting fairy traps and waiting for evidence, and the belief my young children now have of being able to create a world different than the one constantly being forced upon them.
I hope, that with these letters, your family will find a little magic together too.
